I am forever adding to my Airbnb wishlists. And after frequent requests, I’m sharing a few favorites that I’ve starred over the years. You’ll find a variety of styles, sizes and price points. I can’t personally vouch for these, having not visited them yet. But I hope these are helpful as you plan adventures for the coming year!
PS – always be sure to check reviews before committing to an Airbnb .. a few of the properties I’ve saved don’t have many reviews which I always take into consideration before booking.
Rustic Cabin in the Redwoods
This quaint and off-the-beaten-path cabin looks like such a charming spot to slow down & enjoy some of Northern California’s beauty.

This tiny bungalow couldn’t be any cuter if it tried! I’d love to snag this spot for a weekend and explore more of Stinson Beach, Mount Tam, Muir Woods & maybe even Point Reyes.

Montecito weekends are hard to beat.. between the sunny beaches, variety of hiking trails and incredible restaurants, you’ll never run out of things to do. Though with a pool like this, would you actually leave your Airbnb?
Cabin in the Redwoods
This quiet cabin is tucked away from the world but is not too far from the beautiful redwoods & the northern California coast. It seems like a great spot to escape the hustle & bustle of everyday life (especially with that hot tub).
Ojai Compound
Admittedly, this isn’t a property I could book for a solo trip ($$$). But if I ever need a stunning property for a large group gathering, this home checks a lot of boxes (swimming pool being number one).
Spanish Guesthouse in La Jolla
If you know me, you know my love for spanish style homes. I couldn’t help but favorite this little guest house in La Jolla for any future road trips down to Southern California.
